Privacy Policy
This policy explains what SneakerProxy collects, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. The short version: we hold the minimum we need to run your account and your proxies, and we never log the traffic you send through them.
Who we are and what this covers
Last updated: June 2026
SneakerProxy (“we”, “us”) operates the proxy service at sneakerproxy.net. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data when you create an account, buy a plan, and use our proxies. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
We deliberately keep collection minimal. We store the email address you register with and a hashed, salted version of your password — we never keep your password in readable form. When you purchase a plan, payment is handled by third-party payment processors; we receive a transaction reference and basic billing metadata, but we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
We also keep minimal technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform — for example connection timestamps, authentication events, and aggregate usage counts tied to your account so we can enforce plan limits and investigate abuse.
What we do NOT collect
We do not log the contents of your proxy traffic. We do not record the destinations you connect to through the proxies, the data you transfer, or the requests your tools make. Our logging stops at the operational metadata described above.
Why we use your data (purposes)
We use your data to create and authenticate your account, provision and meter your proxies, process payments through our processors, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to operate your account and deliver the service; legitimate interests to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse; legal obligation to retain billing records; and consent where it is specifically required and requested.
Cookies
We use only essential and session cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the dashboard securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that make the service work — primarily our payment processors and core infrastructure providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet tax and accounting obligations. Operational technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or aggregated. When data is no longer needed for a lawful purpose, we remove it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, and portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through in-app support and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
Security
We hash passwords, encrypt data in transit, restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis, and keep our infrastructure patched. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
