Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SneakerProxy. They cover what the service is, how you may use it, billing in general terms, and the limits of what we promise. Please read them before you sign up.
Your agreement with SneakerProxy
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SneakerProxy (“we”, “us”), operator of sneakerproxy.net. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SneakerProxy provides Polish 4G/5G mobile and residential proxy access intended for sneaker copping workflows — for example routing drop bots, monitors and checkout tools through real PL exit IPs. We provide the network access; what you run over it is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activity. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: network intrusion or unauthorized access, fraud, distribution of malware, spam, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, and any activity that violates applicable law.
Where you are legally required to do so, you must respect the terms of the retailers and platforms you interact with. You are solely responsible for the compliance, configuration and behavior of your own bots, checkout tools and accounts, and for any consequences of using them.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly through in-app support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Billing, subscriptions and trial
Access is offered on a plan basis and may include a trial. Plan terms, durations and any trial conditions are presented in general terms within your account. Fees are stated at the point of purchase. This section describes billing only in general terms — it does not describe specific checkout steps.
No absolute guarantees
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific speeds, or any particular success or “cook” rate on any drop or raffle. Proxy performance depends on factors outside our control, including third-party sites and carrier networks.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost purchases, or missed drops arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk for us or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes are subject to the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
